This is for 3 different purchases one of which is in my name and the other in my wife's. They sold us items knowing they would have issues because there beds are horrible quality, they sold us warranties for the beds for 5 yrs. After two years the beds had nothing but issues, I tried calling and left voice mails but nobody called me nor would they answer, I called the store and spoke with the manager and they told me they couldn't help, unfortunately time went by because I have a life outside of constantly calling. When we first purchased we were told we could break the beds if we wanted that the warranty would help with anything (which obviously we would never do) but that wasn't the case because we couldn't even get help with the poor quality beds for them to be fixed, they also said if we don't use the warranty we could get our entire amount back, they never helped so our beds went in the garbage and the warranty amount they said they never told us they would refund it that they would just give us more (crap poor quality items in my words) worth in store items. They scammed me out of my money, they refuse to help and keep telling me there is nothing they can do and they don't know what anyone said to me before, so they won't help. There is a lot more I can get into but there is not enough space, I have tried everything but they said my only option is to take $119 or get more (crap) in there store, neither of those are options! Resolution Sought I would like my money back for the beds that I couldn't even keep because they had to be thrown out and nobody would help me and all the warranties I wasn't able to use. I spent way more in the store, I'm only asking for all of the warranty prices back and for the beds that were so horrible they had to be tossed due to nobody wanting to help! I can't believe this is a huge company name and I have to go this route. Please help us you are our only hope if us seeing our money!
