We ordered and paid for a sectional from them on February 20, 2021 and was told we would have it in 8-12 weeks. We went to several Ashley stores and were told 20-24 weeks so we questioned them and they said it will be 8-12 so we ordered from them. Nothing came in until July 2021 which was partial 5 of our 7 pieces so they said they would split our delivery since it was well over the 12 weeks and the other 2 pieces would come the next month. Today, January 21, 2022 we are still waiting for the 2 pieces which are our end pieces. We have had partial furniture since July and they are saying it's not due until April and who knows if it will be then because each month they move it back. They are now saying they should have never split the order because it may never come. We have asked for something to be done and they say they can't do anything. We want to return this and get some furniture that is in stock. We have not had furniture long enough and who knows if we will ever get it. Resolution Sought Take back the furniture and give us our money back so we can get a living room sectional or get us out 2 end pieces.

Company emailed stating: Customer did receive a partial delivery of the sectional purchased on 2/26/2021. We certainly did not anticipate a 1 year delay on the order. Ms. Jester did return the merchandise in her home. She did receive a refund in full.
