Ordered complete bedroom set with mattress and foundation from Ashley Homestore in Salem, New Hampshire (603)893-0707). Order was delivered on 06/18/2022 but mattress and foundation is not what I told sales associate to order. Have called their Customer Service (603)888-4848) over 30 times. They never answer. I leave a message to please return my call but they never do. I went into the store and the manager (Mat) was extremely rude. I was told by the store they will not exchange the items. Resolution Sought Exchange mattress and foundation for the one I told them to order.
