I purchased a sofa sectional set from Ashley furniture. The frame broke Ashley furniture was contacted. They came and supposedly fixed it. I contacted them back to let them know that it was not fixed and they have not returned my phone call. I had extended warranty for three years and they are now telling me after I reach somebody again that I'm out of warranty which I still have over a year left of warranty. All I want is my sectional fixed and they are being difficult to deal with including hanging up on me. Resolution Sought I want them to replace the item since they fixed it before and it did not hold.
