Bought furniture in Feb with a 8 - 12 week delivery date. I still do not have furniture. I have had to make every contact with them. They have been rude with their interactions. Acting like I'm the problem. They continue to change to est time of delivery and now says there is no est time. Managers don't call back. Yesterday was told 2 pieces were in but no est time for 3rd but won't deliver until they have all pieces cause that goes against their policy. They sell furniture!! It was paid in full when purchased in Feb. I have attempted to be patient but how can you take someone's money and give them no product and no est time. How long should I wait? It should be their responsibility to contact customers when they are breaking their own contract of 8 - 12 weeks. It's unethical to sell someone something and then never follow up and then act like the customer is out of line for being upset. They have often no solution after multiple attempts. At this point, I'm considering this theft by deception. Resolution Sought I want the product to be delivered as well as compensation for the break of contract for delivery time frame and time I have had to spend on the phone attempting to get answers from someone who already has my money. And NO I do not want a store credit!! I want a cash refund of some kind. I also want the warranty charge removed as I do not feel comfortable that they will follow thru with that service that I paid for if I need them to.

Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention. To confirm, the customer's order is still on backorder. Due to supply chain disruptions and other shortages, there has been a significant delay with the order. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible but must wait for the manufacturer to ship the furniture. We can offer the customer a partial refund of the delivery fee to continue to wait for the order or a cancellation if the order does not arrive by October. The customer is encouraged to contact the store to speak with the store manager regarding these options.

A manager called back said there is no guarantee I will get this order and it's out of your control. When you take someone's money there is an understanding that they will get the product. A few simple questions he could not handle so he decided to bully me. Are you still selling this item? How do you take money knowing they may never get it? I told him I filed the complaint. he said let me tell you how that's going to work out for you. We will tell them it's the furniture industry and that will be the end of it. We are protected by a contract that says if you don't get the order you can cancel so it's your choose to wait. Then said nevermind your being rude and I'm going to request this be canceled. Said I was loud and using curse words. Wouldn't you after 7 months and responses like this. Needless to say he never did cancel it so I called back to do it and was told to call the store, store said I had to come in. That was definitely not in the best interest of me or your employees so I called and did a charge back with my bank. Went to another store and currently sitting on my new sofa that was delivered in 5 days. Your a joke, lesson learned.
