I called the service department 3 times. I went to the store with photos of furniture. The leather finish is coming off on recliners we paid over $2000.00, for this furniture plus extra warranty. This furniture is only one year old. They keep telling me they are wating to hear from some one give them 2 days. It is now 7 days and they still can not give me a answer. Resolution Sought Repair are replace.
