My spouse and I love this store and purchased several items. The issue is not with the store. Everyone is great! The issue is with customer service. I had customer service call me and told me all my items are in and that I need to schedule delivery. They only delivered 2 items. I called back and got hung up on twice. The 3rd person said all of the items have been in and they are not sure why it wasn't delivered. They rescheduled it and got me to a supervisor. The supervisor agreed to waive the delivery cost and said all items will be in the following Tuesday, since they have been waiting at the warehouse. The supervisor confirmed they have had it all along. On the 2nd delivery day I was advised they only are sending me part of my order. I called back and the rep said they don't have my full order. I asked to speak with a supervisor who was extremely disrespectful. I asked her to pull the calls where multiple people told me my items were in and were going to be delivered. She said that is false and the order is not complete and a 3rd delivery date will be required. This means, I will need to take of another day of work to be home. I feel like this is abuse and mind games from these representatives I spoke to. They are lying, and telling me things that contradict what the other representatives say and then act like it's a joke. I honestly feel this is a level of discrimination and abuse. Resolution Sought I need someone to pull the calls and send the product that I paid for and reimbursement for the time I had to take off work to accommodate a big company like Ashley furniture. They have not been accommodating toe whatsoever. They are rude and have been playing games instead of conducting business. They call and hang up and overall shows such a low level of customer service, I honestly am continually ever doing business with them again.
