On February 26th I purchased furniture from Ashley Homestore in Tuscaloosa, AL, with the promise of receiving the furniture in 6-8 weeks. After waiting for several months with different delivery times that never happen, I decided to cancel the order in September 3rd. They processed the refund with the promise the money will be in my card 3-5 business days after. I haven received the refund and when you contact Customer Care they tell you to call someone else with not results. I've noticed that this is happening with a lot of customers. Resolution Sought I need my refund ASAP, since I had to use the card to purchase my furniture somewhere else, since I haven't had furniture for that long time waiting for them.
