Where do I begin!!!! I purchased a bed, with headboard, two end tables and a chest drawer, and a dining room set with four chairs at Ashley Home Store in Fayetteville NC. I specifically picked out items that were promised to be delivered at the end of August by the saleswoman (I won't mention her name because I won't stoop that low) I return home and see on my receipt that I was charged for two different dining room tables. The sales woman apologized and said I would be issued a refund. Weeks go by and no refund! So my delivery date arrives and the only items I received was my bed and dining table!! After being promised by the lying sales woman! I finally receive a refund check in the mail, and it bounced !!! So I'm still waiting on the rest of my furniture and the monies from a bounced check!!!! Don't do business with Ashley Furniture!!!! They lie about delivery dates! Resolution Sought Stop lying to customers about delivery dates and stop bouncing checks!!!!
