We purchased a Tempurpedic mattress from Ashley 6/9/21. The purchase went thru Synchrony bank. We went that way, no interest for 36 months. Mattress never delivered and the bank is saying we owe them the amount of $3999.10. They did open a claim for the disputed charge. But they are saying it takes 90 days to resolve this one way or the other. We are not making any payments but Ashley' should be held responsible for this amount and reimburse Synchrony for this amount. And our debit be wiped clean! Dispute opened 8/12/21, that's when we found we weren't getting a mattress. Resolution Sought Pay Synchrony back all the $3999.10 immediately
