I ordered a temperpedic mattress and box spring from Ashley Furniture Store located in Buford Ga. ( 3295 Buford Dr). as part of the purchase of the mattress and box spring, it was stated in writing on the wall that you would receive a $200 gift card for your purchase. I purchased these items on September 6, 2021. I was accompanied by my daughter, Kristin Williams, and her friend Monay Jones. It was stated to me that I would receive the card in 3 weeks after my purchase. So when the 3 weeks passed I went up to the store to inquire why I had not received the card and at this time I was given a piece of paper where it stated I had qualified for the $200 Mastercard and that I would have to call the number on the piece of paper. I did so and spoke with a woman by the name of Shelly ( 888-247-1284) who stated she had received no paperwork from the store showing I had made a purchase. She told me I would have to email my purchase information so that she would enter it into the system. I did that and called her a week later and she had received no response from Ashley Furniture Store and stated that the store was having a problem and that she had reported to her management that they were not turning in the paperwork. I then returned to Ashley Furniture Store and spoke with a woman by the name of Bried who stated that the district manager is the one who supposed to take the info and then at his discretion would get back to you " whenever". I said whenever that means never. Resolution Sought I would like to receive my Mastercard $200 gift card for my purchase with the store that per the store, I was guaranteed. otherwise, they have defrauded me.
