Bought a recliner and couch also extended warranty now I need my recliner fixed and clean which was included in warranty but now they are saying they can't honor it and want give me the money I paid for warranty offered to let me use it towards another purchase but I don't want anything free, but what was promised or my money back for warranty thank you for looking into this matter. Resolution Sought At this point refund my money for warranty.

Our records indicate this consumer has an open claim that is currently being processed by the warranty company, Furniture Care Protection. All consumers who purchase the additional warranty are provided details on coverage and are able to refer to those details when filing a claim. We would suggest the consumer reach out to Furniture Care Protection for further updates on the status of her open claim. There is no refund on warranty purchases.

Yes they reached out to me when I bought protection nothing was said about not being able to get certain things done I was told they'd come and clean my furniture and other things never it would have limits thank you

We ask the consumer to refer to their paperwork regarding the protection plan and its coverage. While we apologize for any disconnect with communicating coverage, all guidelines are provided within the paperwork given to the consumer at the point of sale. As with most protection plans, our plan has guidelines and limitations, all outlined in the contract. As a company, we also offer an instore credit for the amount of the policy, if the policy is never used after the 4 years. We are sorry to hear the customer is unhappy with the coverage of the plan, however, there is no refund available. There will also be no instore credit available, as this consumer will be using the policy to address their recliner.
