Placed order from Ashley furniture 2 tables. Status was unknown or false every time i called to check on order no information. Canceled order due to incorrect and unknown origin. Ask for refund. When I finally got thru on a call they said it would take a week. Week passes, i call back, new person says it was never filed, so i refiled again still waiting and have been hung up on several times. They just keep hanging up with no refund filed id like to add im not the only person having issues with this company. I have since spoke with several people who have been very unsatisfied with there shipping and refunds. . Resolution Sought Refund money, because they never followed thru they did not act in professional manner.
