On February the 28th 2022 I purchased from Ashley a double recliner loveseat total amount $2119.94 I also purchased the extended 5-year warranty I started experiencing problems as the left side recliner was starting to make a lot of noise and became very loud when I try and operate it I contacted Ashley on September 2nd 2022 they informed me that I needed to contact their service company I told them I bought it from Ashley I did not buy it from their service company but I contacted their company called s a w I played over the phone the noise the chair is making and they said oh okay we are sending someone out to look at it they came out here September the 10th the guy was here less than a minute I asked for his card he said he had no card he said they were going to mail me some lubricant I would have it in 10 days to apply to the chair I said why didn't you bring it with you he had no answer and he left now it is October the 10th I have received nothing in the mail no phone call nothing I have called Ashley several times and spoke to the sales manager Amy and all I get is the runaround please I need help getting this resolved resolved I am 66 years old and I'm on social security disability I kind of feel like they're taking advantage of me obviously there's something wrong with the chair I feel when it was manufactured it was assembled wrong or incorrect thanking you in advance. Resolution Sought I would like to have the furniture repaired or replaced as I stated I purchased the 5-year extended warranty
