We bought a mattress from Ashley's in 2018 and the mattress left side has collapsed in 4 1/2 inches. I started the warranty claim 05/04/23 claim number 4149712 and are still waiting I've contacted the store a few times and told me they are surprised there's been no response. The store also said it shouldn't take more than 30 days to process this. We have had horrible experiences with Ashley's so far with their extended warranty denying to fix our couch after Ashley's denying to fix our couch a month after it broke. Ashley's furniture's policy is if there is more 1 1/2in of deflection it warrants replacement if that is so why are they taking so long. Resolution Sought Replace my mattress as warranty says it should be. After all the problems I've had with Ashley's I would rather get a monetary refund so I can do business with someone else
