I ordered an Item online I'm paying $83.99 WB209104094. The item was damage so I returned it and 2 weeks later I reordered the item WB209238669 and within 3 days it went on sale for $44.99. I was advised to return the item and reorder the item at the sale price. Why can't they just adjust the item on my bill this is an inconvenience to have to return the item again and reorder the item. I can't even get through to Comenity bank to file the complaint. This is not the first time I've accepted and dealt with this issue. Resolution Sought Give me the price adjustment without having to return it and reorder it again
