This company, ASI Appliances was to do a warranty service call at my residence called at last minute to b 2hours late couldn't wait. I called office, lady was rude and pretty much said if I couldn't wait then it's on me. Poor business practices. Resolution Sought To get another company to dod the service or get it done and they refund me the bill if I pay it still under warranty.

The technician was delayed on the previous job because the repair took longer than he had planned and on the way to this service call he got stuck in traffic due to an accident. The customer got extremely upset beause he ran late and cancelled the call. The customer placed another service call with Whirlpool and they scheduled the call with us again. We called the customer to schedule a service day the they hung up the phone in our face.
