Ordered a product in the first week of November. In December, I was notified that the product was oversold and offered a refund. On Dec 9 I asked for the refund and it was acknowledged by Darren. Since then; it has been excuse after excuse and no refund. The issue should have been handled in 48 hours as promised. Resolution Sought I would like either a refund or the product ordered.
