On Sept 9th 2024 we gave Askon Construction a deposit for siding on our house. Took the money and never did the job. I repeatedly contacted him and never answered. We had a hearing with the magistrate and it was in my favor. No effort was made in paying us. Resolution Sought I want my deposit which was 1700.00 plus court costs which totals 1850.75.
