Paid for cash for my daughters root canal at her appointment and did not receive change due to them not having change. The lady at the desk advised they would apply a credit to her account for the next visit. We arrived two weeks later for her next visit and they advised I needed to pay a balance of 76.00, when I asked about the credit the lady at the desk advised it must have been applied already, when I asked to see it she printed it out and recanted her statement. No credit was applied and she advised her manager counted it twice and initialed the bag showing I paid exact amount. However I paid in all twenties in the amount of 480.00, the total owed was 470.00. The 10 dollars was the changed owed but they advised they had no change and would apply a credit. No credit was applied. Resolution Sought Ensure credit is applied. Reevaluate the integrity of their staff.
