Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Received a partial denture. Advised the office before I left it did not fit. They said I will get used to it and if it still bothered me to reach out to them. I did on multiple occasions no response ever. I talk with a lisps.. they anchored in teeth that were not healthy, which I never asked for only wanted one tooth flipper. When someone finally called me back from aspen… they said I would have to pay the bill before they fixed. Resolution Sought Take off credit report and fix the issue.
