Dental procedure done 6/23 tooth extractions and received same day temporary dentures and was to receive permanent dentures in six months when I returned six months later to inquire about my permanent dentures I was told that I could not receive them until I pay $1800 more. I have paperwork indicating a zero balance due when I paid for the services and and both sets of dentures back in June 2023. My dental insurance paid a portion of the total bill and I paid $2700 out of pocket and assured by Aspen Dental at that time that my account was paid in full now there is a demand for $1800 more before I have provided with my permanent dentures. Thank You Resolution Sought I would like my permanent dentures as I expected and I am willing to negotiate a fair payment to this company if this can be resolved because I feel that I was deceived about the terms of my payment.
