I took my elderly mother in to have a filling replaced. They told her that they would have to crown it or pull it, she said pull it then. In the mean time they did a periodontal scaling of her whole mouth and also a bone removal & a bone graph replacement. NONE of the ABOVE WAS DISCUSSED WITH ME (her daughter), they are preying on the elderly and taking advantage of them, my Mother also does not hear properly. There was never a charge for pulling the tooth or cleaning. This place is a racket that needs to be put out of business before more people have to go thru this same thing.
