Aspen dental Charged me the full fee for non billible procedure. I spoke with my insurance and they said I Aspen dental overcharged me. My deductible and payment should have just been $499. When I reach out to aspen dental, I don't receive a call back or I am hung up on. My insurance company,delta dental,reached out to them And explained that I should have only been charged $499. Aspen dental said they would issue a refund. They have yet to do so. They had me sign up for a dental credit card to pay the $1,431.90. They have sent me a bill stating to pay this but when I reach out to them, no one answers or calls me back. Resolution Sought I need a refund for the overpayment.
