I was charged for a crown that I never received. When I realized that I had been charged, I called the office and the financing manager said that she would take it off. Almost a month later, it still is not resolved. I called again and was told it is still in progress. I asked if it was corporate policy to charge in advance for a procedure that was recommended but not performed? The corporate headquarters said it was not thier policy but the pooler office manager says it is the dentist policy. Resolution Sought I want the charge removed as fast as it was placed, 200 dollars for my time and that ridiculous policy removed immediately. Btw, the credit company they use , Care Credit, charges 30 interest rate!
