I was seen for a broken filling, and a cavity. They replaced the broken filling, and filled the cavity. The filling they used on the new cavity did not hold, it stayed chalky, and sensitive, until it fell out two days later. I returned, they replaced the filling that was poorly placed. They placed a filling that does not match my teeth. And again, left that part of my mouth sensitive to the touch. I left a 1 star review on google, explaining what I was put through. Their response was to send me a letter saying I could no longer be seen at Aspen dental. They did poor work, then wouldn't stand by it. The staff is rude to their patients. They force you into dental care that you don't want. Couldn't get regular cleanings from this office. I've never had a dental office tell me I can't get regular cleanings, just Aspen dental. Saying I need to come 4 times a year, rather than two. They're literal scam artists Resolution Sought Send me my dental records. Stop scamming people
