It doesn't matter if someone (my husband) is "scheduled" or not, it's ILLEGAL to charge someone for services they have yet to receive. To make it worse, Aspen OVER charged the SIGNED agreement price. In turn NEGATIVELY effecting our credit score. Our receipt reflects 3/4 as date of payment. Aspen strongly pushed applying for CareCredit after doing so they charged CareCredit around 1/3. As of 1/25 only $410.00 of services had been received, and when the bill came due (3/4) we wanted to use our personal card to pay. The agreement was $4623.50 over 60 months. The max limit on CareCredit was $4800.00. Aspen charged CareCredit $4866.00. As of 1/30th all appointments have been cancelled (2/1 - 3/4). We feel taken advantage of, it's very disappointing because my husband was so excited to have a nice smile. Resolution Sought Refund the credit card that was used for the amount $4456.00 (the difference of $4688.00 - $410.00) along with reassurance of no surprise bill in the future. We will have to pay interest now due to their greediness and way more than we should have to.
