I am patient of Aspen Dental located in on Big Bill Road in Arnold since 4 December 2023. I am filing a complaint due to lack of response from their office manager to discuss my open balance. I received in the mail March 1/2st a bill from that location with a balance of $1153.00. I have called that location 3-5 times in a two weeks time span and visit them and was told to wait 24-48 hrs and no one reached out to me. I reached out to another office (3141 - Saint Louis, MO (South County Mall), and the employee saw two charges that I should have not been charged for. I told the employee of my hesitation to pay the bill and she sent an email to the office manager, informing them to reach out to me. I did not hear anything back. I requested my receipts to see what I paid for, and I was just given a payment summary. Due to the lack of response, I am filing a formal complaint to corporate and I have filed complaints through my insurance company. Resolution Sought I would like to sit down with the office manager to over my account.
