I went to Aspen Dental on 1/11/24 to have a tooth extracted and was told I needed a deep scale cleaning before I could get the tooth pulled. They only did one side of the deep cleaning, sold me an electric toothbrush for $135, mouth wash for $27 and Prevident sensitive toothpaste for $27. The total price I was given for my share after insurance would be $428.60 so I opened a care credit account and this amount was put on the card which I have paid in full. I never went back because they were trying to talk me into getting other things done and I wanted the tooth pulled. I got a bill in the mail for $448.00 and when I called to inquire about it, I was told they hadn't billed my insurance yet and to wait a few weeks. I have received another bill and when I called to speak to the manager they keep telling she will return my call and never does. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Resolution Sought I would like for Aspen to clear my balance, because I paid the amount that was given to me of 428.60 in full. Thanks
