I was a patient treated at Aspen Dental in Tupelo MS. I was treated by a physician using the name Tien Hoang. She treated me terribly, talked to me very condescendingly and asked me personal questions about my life then treated me poorly based upon my answers. My personal life should not dictate the level of care I receive from any physician. She cherry picks her patients and uses personal bias to determine the level of care her patients will receive from her. After her mistreatment of me I attempted to file a misconduct complaint against Dr Tien Hoang on the Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure website. Her name could not be found on stated website. After this I contacted Aspen Dental to aquire about her complete correct name and the spelling. I was told by the office manager who's name is Montekra Coleman that the Drs name is spelled Tian Hoang. I explained to her that this name was not listed on the State Board website so either she's practicing without a license in MS. Or her name is not Tien Hoang as this name ia not found on the website. After explaining this to Ms Coleman she hung up the phone on me. I called back two times inquiring about the same information. I simply wanted the complete name and proper spelling of the name of the practicing physician who had treated me at 8;30 AM on Tuesday, March 26th of the year 2024. This information was refused by Aspens office staff, office Manager as well as the Corporate office number I contacted. Resolution Sought I would like for Aspen Dental located in Tupelo MS. To provide me with the full correct name of the physician I was treated by so I am capable of filing a proper complaint against the physician going by the name Tien Hoang (which is incorrect) on the Mississippi State Board Medical Licensure website.
