I called for an appointment. They set me up for 1:30 this last Tuesday. I was suffering with a tooth infection and having a lot of pain. I got a call 2hrs later to re schedule me for the next day at 2'00pm. I went 20 mn early to fill out a new patient form. I Sat there maybe 20 min and then got called to the back to have an x ray of my tooth. Then brought back to the dentists chair. I was told Dr was looking at some film and would be in. I Sat for 45 min! I finally asked for the bathroom. I got out of the bathroom and decided it was rude of them and went to leave the clinic. The receptionist holloord out Thank you! She did not ask me like most do a time to come back or look at a bill. Nothing! I have not been called to explain the 45 min wait etc. I am 75 yrs old with Insurance and in pain. Of all the years of going to a dentist I have never experienced this kind of rudeness. Esp being a new patient. Resolution Sought I will not pay them for the one small xray of my tooth. I Will not go back. Just shocked.
