I prepaid $ 2843.66 for services. Insurances processed all claims by 11/28/24 and stated that my out of pocket amount was $876.80. I contacted Aspen dental beginning in December to request a refund but I keep being told that there are claims being processed and I only have a $5 credit on my account. I spoke with the insurance company and they said that they have requested periodontal charting that Aspen dental did not send. I have contacted both Aspen Dental and the insurance company and I get conflicting stories. Aspen dental says they have sent the records but UHC says they never received them. I have requested copies of my records multiple times myself so I could send them to the insurance but Aspen Dental has not sent them to me yet. I am out of state due to being a traveling healthcare worker and I cannot go to the physical location and pick them up. I just want my money back! Resolution Sought Give me the entire amount of money that is owed to me which is $1767.86. Per insurance, my OOP is $876.80, they charged my $199 for an electric toothbrush and flossed. So they can put the amount back on the credit card on file that they used to get their money!
