I got a loan to pay for aligners that i "needed" The company took over a month to recieve these aligners because they never sent my imaging to a lab, I had multiple appointments to get them in and everytime i went, they didnt have them. We decided to move dentist. When we spoke with their team about leaving and not wanting the aligners they told us they would cancel the loan & Refund the money paid, They never did. I got in contact with the loan company and they sent information to the dentist. When Apsen claimed that i got services done, Which i did not. Resolution Sought Cancel loan and refund me the money paid. (388.86)
