Hello, I needed a new upper denture, I made an appointment with Aspen dental. , first appointment 7/21/2025, second 7/22/2025, and a payment arrangement was set up with care credit. I was approved. The 3 rd appointment way7/25/2025. I drove 27 miles round trip. I was handed my upper denture and I was happy. I was eating a tuna fish sandwich and front tooth fell out, I couldn't believe it. I called and was told to bring denture in for repair and leave them. I was upset but I left them for repair. I was called on 7/28/2025 to pick up denture. I drove up picked up repaired denture and was told to try them on in restroom, I tried them on and left.On 8/06/2025 I was eating an orange and same tooth fell out, I was very upset.I called but only voicemail. I called again the next day and they said bring them back. I was unable to take them back immediately due to Dr appointment, I am 83 years old and have medical issues. I'm very upset about the quality of the denture, a sore formed on upper gum. I returned denture on8/18/2025, I told them I was very disappointed in the denture and wanted my refund, but I'm on payment plan and have not made a payment. I was told it takes several times to fit denture , I agree, make adjustments but not to keep putting in broken front tooth. I left the denture because I cannot drive 27 miles round trip to fix a tooth. I don't think the denture was of quality material. I'm afraid to accept the denture due to poor quality work I took photos of Resolution Sought My desired outcome is to cancel the care payment arrangement, issue a full refund. I made I made 7 trips, 27 miles round trip, I am 83 years old and I don't do that much driving due to my medical condition.I Thank you Ms. Lewis
