My mother was supposed to get a free exam and x-rays, but, because her discount dental card with Cigna refused to pay for most of it, Aspen Dental is demanding a $215 payment that my parents can't afford! I talked to a nice lady at Aspen Dental, who said she'd talk to her manager, but was pretty clear my parents will have to pay. One visit that was supposed to be FREE! Plus , my parents are low income and only survive on social security. They can barely afford medications ( my dad has heart disease & my mom has osteoarthritis. My husband and I moved in and he works an $11 an hour job as a cook and I'm disabled, so I can't work!) & they could be kind and compassionate about this, but they won't. They don't care about their patients. All they care about is their wallet and credit scores. Resolution Sought Drop the amount owed! Please bless someone for once! Have a heart and show other people you really respect patients for more than just their wallets!
