Aspen Home Improvements, Inc. complaints

I hired Aspen to remove my asbestos siding and install vinyl siding. I came home assuming they had finished the job since all workers and dumpster were gone from my home, but after inspecting the work they had done I noticed that they missed a section as well as damaged my deck which cost over 17,000 to have built. I contacted Aspen back that day and let them know that they missed a section as well as letting them know of the damage. I was told not a problem that the project manager would be by to finish the job and inspect damage to see if it was done by Aspen workers or the outside asbestos company they employed. Aspen comes and finishes the siding and the project manager John Thompson inspected the damage and had the office contact me about the material and colors used to make the repairs. After that exchange I heard nothing back and followed up with Aspen. They emailed me back to saying that whatever underlying damage there is to the frame would be my responsibility to fix which is absurd. Why should I be responsible for damage they caused? Either if it was Aspen or the outside asbestos removal company that did the damage; Aspen hired them! I have the email exchanges with Aspen as well as the receipt for the installation of my deck. To basically agree to make repairs because of damage they caused, but expect the financial responsibility to be my burden is wrong. They already made over 24k off of me for the siding. The least they can do is fix the damage they caused. Resolution Sought I would like for Aspen Home Improvements to either repair the damage to my deck or to pay the bill from the original installation company if I hire them to make the repair. Either way it poor business practice which is a shame because I was scheduled to have them back to replace my roof. Certainly not happening now . One star is being generous.

The salesman told me I have a year to get it done and pay for it and now their calling me for an installation time, I didn't have time to read the contract, he sent it on my phone and I couldn't see it being outside and he had to leave. I ran into a financial problem the next day, my neighbors got bed bugs and they came thru into my bedroom and ruined my bed and carpet because of the insecticide used. I called them 2 days later to cancel because of my financial problem and the financial boss called me back and said you signed a contract and you can't cancel. The salesman wasn't honest from the beginning, he lied about part of the job then changed it. Resolution Sought Cancel the contract, I gave them $100+, I can't go back and look at the total down payment or I'll loose this, my dementia might screw this up
