Very bad customer service

On 5/21/18, I spoke with Paula Rainey (supervisor) in regards to an overdue timeshare tax. I proceeded to ask about the fees added onto the amount and she said it was because it went to collections. I commented the fees are crazy high and she said it wasn't her problem it was mine because I didn't pay the bill when I got it. When I said I didn't get final notice before collections she said I did and they don't send certified mail to ensure we got it. I said exactly so that's how you can't say I received anything. She argued with me that I got it and that I'm refusing to make a payment and I said I'd like to make a payment with someone else because you're disrespectful. She insisted she couldn't transfer me I had to call back. The manager is Ray Jordan and he didn't seem moved by the complaint of one of his employees being disrespectful until he reviewed call. I'm going out of my way to complain because there are less fortunate people who don't deserve this treatment because they can't pay a bill. I'm grateful to not be one of those and just have a late bill and don't want collection agencies to continue speaking to people in this manner.
