Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Aspire Ghostwriting regarding a project they undertook on my behalf. Below, I outline the issues I have encountered with their service and request your assistance in resolving these matters. Aspire Ghostwriting was responsible for reviewing and finalizing my book, Enchanted Forest Kingdom: Uncover the Enchanted the Forest Kingdom by Alex Hawkins, before its publication. However, upon review, I have discovered several errors in the text, and quotations are missing after Chapter 17. This significantly detracts from the quality of the final product. Issues 1. Errors and Omissions: The final published book contains numerous errors and lacks quotations after Chapter 17. 2. Lack of Collaboration and Support: Aspire Ghostwriting was supposed to collaborate with me for six months to help me reach my goals and engage with my audience. However, I have received no information or support since the publication. 3. Website Performance: The website created for me by Aspire Ghostwriting receives very little traffic, raising concerns about its effectiveness and the effort put into its creation. Resolution Sought Given these circumstances, I am dissatisfied with the final outcome of the project. I approved the publication under the assumption that it would be error-free and that the agreed-upon support would be provided. As Aspire Ghostwriting has failed to meet these expectations, I believe I am entitled to request a refund. Despite my attempts to resolve these issues directly with Aspire Ghostwriting, they have refused to listen and work towards a resolution. Their lack of communication made it hard.
