Associa Gul Coast complaints

So, I bought a condo in Villages of Bloomingdale two years ago. My hoa/coa fees were $165 and $175. The fees have since gone up, which I understand, however, just earlier this month they took and extra $215 for my coa fee. I contacted the property manager and he said the prior company was mishandling funds and now they need to make up the difference. I never received notice of this and he said they mailed it to us via USPS. I called today and they didn't even have my correct mailing address. They had my old apartment address on file and I have lived in their building for two years now. I just can't understand how incompetent this company is. We went to their building when we first moved in because we never received our "welcome package". We stood there in person and told them we are owners living in the building they "manage". And two years later they still don't even have our address as the correct address. The building we live in is in serious need of repair. The paint is faded and the walls are dirty. The front gate doesn't work properly and the columns are moldy and missing molding. The sprinklers are watering the parking lot. The grass needs to be re-sodded. The neighbors sit on the stairs smoking weed, littering and spitting on our walkway and when I mentioned this to the property manager he told me to call the police because there was nothing he could do as our association doesn't issue fines. He says they have issued violations, but to no avail, because they are no Resolution Sought I don't want to pay an extra $215/month to make up for their prior incompetence. They mishandled the $350/month that everybody was paying before and now need us to make it up! How is that our problem? They messed up, not us! I was not notified of this increase because they didn't even have my address on file! I am on owner in their complex! This company has only ever showed us how incompetent they are. What are we paying for?
