I am writing this affidavit to inform you about the situación of the invoices sent to me every month from Associated Ready Mix Inc. I called this company to placed an order for concrete on the City of Los Angeles 2116 Stratford Rd. Then I called then back tree Bussiness day before to cancel the concrete order because their prices were to expensive for the material and also they charge a lot of money for standing time. At that time I talk to the dispatcher he said your concrete order was canceled already. He gave me a cancelation # but I didn't keep for my records. They delivery the concrete to the job site on June, 15 2020 around 9:30am. After I did the cancelation. The sale person Megan called me she said you don't need to pay the whole amount for concrete delivery just pay $1369.91 and I told her why I have to pay something that I cancel before. She said, oh I'm sorry we didn't receive any call. I was looking for answers and I call my company carrier Verizon they said that they have a problems with the antena in that area the same week I did the call for cancellation of the delivery. Also, when I ordered concrete with them before this happened they always called me one day before to let me know about the concrete delivery. I asked them why they didn't call me they said we did but you didn't answer the phone. In the past deliveries when I didn't answer the phone they canceled the order. This is no right something wrong is happening to this company. Now the bill is $1776.43 Resolution Sought The order was cancelled and I sent to them all the information to prove that. I just want a release from Associated Ready Mix Inc because I don't want bad credit for my company.

According to our records and phone recordings this order was not canceled by Mr, Rosas with Reseda Masonry. We listened to every conversation into our call center during the time in question to verify his claim and could not find the claimed call. We give customers a cancelation number because of this specific issue and Mr. Rosas claims to have not noted the number although he knows that he should have noted the number for his and our protection. I requested Mr. Rosas' cell phone record to verify his claim as well and he could not produce a record with the claimed cancelation call.
