I came to get my items out the vehicle but they lock the gate and retrieved the things for me. I received two bags and my suitcase and blue bin and the two white ladies(one heavy set lady fairy new she said and boss lady)said that was everything and if anything is missing come back. I told her well is it okay if I check myself to make sure because that's what the paper said that she made me sign in order to retrieve my things. It said I have to confirm I retrieved all my things and she said that I could the fairy new lady. She told us to pay the car away from the gate because we pulled up a Lil bit to put the things into car and then she said we can check the vehicle. We park back and came back up and the lady that told us we could came back out and said that it was against they policy. So she said I can take a picture for you but I requested a video instead and she did just that but came back with more stuff that was in my vehicle. So I called out for the boss lady and I heard her breath all loud and poked her head out and said what I told her I still had some things in the car and if I can check because the other lady came back with more stuff and I just wanted to confirm that everything was out the vehicle especially being that they checked the second time and came back with more things. I had to end up calling the police because she was real nasty to me from the start and wouldn't give me the rest of my items I asked for that I knew was still missing ($200 cash) Resolution Sought The boss lady needs to be fired she was so nasty from the start and I wasn't rude at all the whole time police pull up and she want to play victim of course and get loud.went on the sight to give a review and nothing but bad comments.this place needs to be shut down and they stealing ppl things well can't speak for nobody else but they took $200 in the mix of getting my items out my vehicle. This business is not even a one star they don't deserve no starts
