Been fighting with insurance wireless for almost 2 years I believe and they're supposed to send me updated from and the phones that they sent me are the same ones all the time and they don't charge or they don't work and they shut off they do whatever they want so they said they're sending me updated phone they never do and then they send me a letter saying that I get it updated phone in May then they tell me I can't get it I talked to 15 people in one day they hang up on you they make you promises they don't keep them they even take the 999 out of my account $9.99 then when I called the information to find out my balances of push one it says 350 minutes then if I'm waiting to the plan says a thousand minutes then I wait till the end and it says unlimited minutes and they don't know what they're doing and then my man and it's supposed to be as soon as a wireless $10 for the year and then T-Mobile shut the phone off and said as soon as wireless they want nobody will take the lock off of it nobody will make it right I'm just aggravated with them and then I go to q Link and q Link I buy a phone they send it to me it doesn't work then they said that I have to send it back to the warehouse then the warehouse so needless to say I didn't get any money back on that one I'm just very aggravated with insurance wireless I've been a customer of them for years and years never had this kind of problems with them Resolution Sought I would appreciate an updated phone with free unlimited and apology thank you hope you can resolve this for me and my 9999.99 back my $9.99 please let me know what the outcome is I have everything documented one and who I talk to but I mean apparently that doesn't make a difference because you can't even go to an office thank you

Assurance wireless did not honer my one year warranty on my phone they wait until the warranty was expired to say it could not be replaced causing me to buy a 15 dollar replacement phone even though I reported issues almost two months before the phone completely stopped working and would have still been under warranty at that time. Resolution Sought I would like the 15 dollars for the replacement phone I had to buy, I will pay for shipping myself.
