Charges $20 shipping fees for replacement phones

I am glad my fee of $20 was waived this once with Assurance for shipping. I am a long time consumer of the Assurance Wireless program. And after learning about the fees to ship out a replacement phone. My trust in T-Mobile/ Assurance Wireless as a reliable service has caved. I no longer can rely on Assurance Wireless as a long term service. I do have one back up phone that has worked good so far. I don't know why TMobile has chosen to charge ridiculous shipping fees for the free phones that are refurbished. Assurance/ TMobile should consider a lesser shipping fee or offer bring your own phone type programs. With inflation and high costs already for consumers. It is imperative to have affordable products to maintain quality for consumers. There should be free or low cost or used products that can help consumers to maintain reliable service with keeping in touch with their loved ones. There should be no stress or a stretch of the wallet for consumers for reliable means to communicate Assurance Wireless since T-Mobile has taken over has had poor business policy decisions with it's free lifeline program. I'm only wanting to give this as feedback to Assurance Wireless/ TMobile to improve their service to customers. Thank you for your time

just want people to know about company.

This began two years age, the phone company sent me 7 phones all of which stop working after short time. Upon receiving the 7th phone keypad became scrambled, I called Customers Service , was told I needed to sent in 39.99. This sounded like the Bait & Switch con game.
