Consumer alleges your company does not want to honor the warranty on a washer. Model #WF45B6300AC was purchased less than three years ago and a warranty with your company for 5 years. He called to report a proeblem with the wahser, the washer rattles too much. A tehcnciian was sent out, he was at the property for about 5 minutes and stated that the part would be ordered and once the part arraived your would return to fix it which would take about two weeks. However customer recently received an email from your company denying the repairs because your company was blaiming them for breaking it. Customer has cameras to show that the tehcinich was only there for 5 mintutes he did not really check anything, all he said was that it was broken and a part had to be ordered. Consumer wants your company to cover the repairs. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to cover the repairs.

My vehicle has been at a Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, and Ram dealership since December 18 due to engine problems. The dealership's technician believes the issue should be covered under my MaxCare warranty. However, an inspector from MaxCare has denied the engine repair claim, alleging the use of a stop leak product in your vehicle. Despite your requests, MaxCare has refused to provide a copy of the inspector's report and has denied a second opinion. Additionally, I've faced challenges in escalating the issue, as I'm only able to reach customer service representatives without access to management. Resolution Sought Approval of engine repair, Second opinion & a hardcopy of the inspectors report.
