My vehicle has been at a Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, and Ram dealership since December 18 due to engine problems. The dealership's technician believes the issue should be covered under my MaxCare warranty. However, an inspector from MaxCare has denied the engine repair claim, alleging the use of a stop leak product in your vehicle. Despite your requests, MaxCare has refused to provide a copy of the inspector's report and has denied a second opinion. Additionally, I've faced challenges in escalating the issue, as I'm only able to reach customer service representatives without access to management. Resolution Sought Approval of engine repair, Second opinion & a hardcopy of the inspectors report.

I filed a claim phone was stolen and paid 50 bucks they sent me the wrong phone that has less space then the phone I had,l. Tried calling can't speak with a live person to get this resolved. Resolution Sought Ship me the same Motorola 5g phone to replace the same Motorola 5g phone that was stolen I paid 50 to get the same phone I had. THANK YOU
