Chicago South side areas have had outtages for 2 days now! Customer service is rude and can't give any conformation as to why service is outtakes! Astound don't seem too concerned about it! Resolution Sought Contact me. Have better answers for outages !

I moved to a new apartment and the technician who installed my new service said he could take my modem from my old apartment and return it. However, I was charged $166 for the "unreturned" equipment and essentially told I was lying about giving the modem to the technician. I called the company 6 times about this and no one could help me. Apparently NO ONE has the power to credit the fee until they find the lost modem. Resolution Sought A refund
