I moved to a new apartment and the technician who installed my new service said he could take my modem from my old apartment and return it. However, I was charged $166 for the "unreturned" equipment and essentially told I was lying about giving the modem to the technician. I called the company 6 times about this and no one could help me. Apparently NO ONE has the power to credit the fee until they find the lost modem. Resolution Sought A refund

The cable interrupted every 2 to 3 minutes while watching Television. It's been 3 Technicians come out and the home phone was in and out for a few months. And the company still has been taking my money. Ann Marie call taker very rude and not taking care of the situation. I ask to speak with supervisor and she came back saying they was not available. I have had the service since May 20Th 2922. Please help me with this matter. Resolution Sought Please payout what I've put in!
