Company calls itself Astra Straps Canada, but its out of Texas. Paid for TWO leather watch bands for my son, both have been charged to my card, neither have arrived and upon numerous attempts to get a phone number to discuss this issue, I keep getting the same kind of email responses with fake delivery tracking numbers. I did a search on this outfit and my complaint is not the first. They are all similar complaints. Resolution Sought Money back on my card. OR send the actual watch straps that I paid for. No more of this back and forth dance.
