They come off as a fraud due to their terrible customer service.

Tried to file a phone insurance claim on their website. Website says it cannot complete claim "right now" and to phone them at number provided (for verizon.) After 6 hours on hold encompassing 2 disconnected phone calls, I gave up. Their customer service is awful, always has been. I don't know why Verizon makes you go through them. I ended up just paying off my existing phone and buying a new one instead of going through insurance. Improve themselves. They come off as a fraud due to their terrible customer service.

Threatened by Sterling from the ceo office

I waited 4 days for the Asurion technician to come fix my phone. Only for him to call in sick Monday so I waited until Tuesday. The technician broke my phone while fixing the screen. I was then lied to, bullied, hung up on (no return phone call even though they confirmed the call back number) spent over 10 hours on the phone, transferred countless times, I was even THREATENED by Sterling from the ceo office. My claim is still open from February 4th. Sterling even told me that Samsung doesn't make any current phones over 128gb. He then wanted me to give him my Samsung Galaxy Note10 plus 256gb and he would give me a brand new Samsung S22 ultra 128gb where I could just add more storage. He got kinda quiet when I told him that they made the S22 ultra phone with more than 128gb and that you couldn't expand the storage on that phone so he wouldn't be getting my phone. I'm currently still dealing with Asurion over my claim from February 4th.
