I sent my ROG ALLY Gaming Computer Handheld to Asus for replacement or repair and have not heard from them since I mailed it off at Fed Ex on 08/17/2023 the computer was having problems ever since I brought at Best Buy on June 12, 2023 it overheats and freezes alot and fans run loud I tried contacting them but no luck on my end Resolution Sought Would like a replacement if the computer can't be fixed and contract on what is going on ?

0 STARS. THIS COMPUTER HAS GIVEN ME NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND STRESS. I am a student and I work full time. I have to continue to call and nothing is resolved. How can I allow remote access when I can't get in the computer? They are worthless. I will never buy Asus again. I will report this everywhere I can. Asus you guys are the worse!!!! Resolution Sought A new computer
