I have been a long-term customer since 2015 I have never been late on my bill. My bill has gone up extremely high. The last time it went up I called nothing was able to be done and now it's gone up to $241.68. I want my bill back down to $148. I keep being told that they are no promotions for me. I asked this to be escalated to a supervisor in the CSR came back and told me what his supervisor said, and I did not get to speak with them. I would like a major discount or you're gonna lose my business for cable. Resolution Sought Significant bill decrease to $148 a month
