i signed up for phones through OSL inside of walmart. the worker Michael didn't port my phone number over and didn't tell me this until after he set everything up. (1 iphone 15 and 3 bring your own lines). This was black friday 2024. The next day I spent 4 hours trying to get my lines ported over. they couldn't do it so i said i wanted to cancel. i got an apt with osl for sunday. I dealt with a guy named Skyler who then tried to port my numbers over still even though i just wanted to cancel. he told me i would have to wait until monday. Monday came and Michael was back. he didn't want to return the phone. he didn't want to cancel service and gave me a huge headache. finally making a big enough issue the walmart manager had to finally come and help me. she returned the iphone 15. i was then told by OSL skyler i had to call and cancel all service and i wouldn't owe anything. i am still getting bills. i have called numerous times trying to get this resolved and i'm just told they can either resolve it by keeping me with at&t. they are saying i owe 196.99$. i only the service for the days i did because no one would help me cancel and the OSL worker never brought my lines over to att. Resolution Sought i just want to owe them nothing like i was told i wouldn't and move on without them in my life.

In the month of May-2024 purchased an Samsung Galaxy Z-Fold-5, android cellular device in installments thru ATT along with unlimited calling & data. Received device, activated device, device mulfuntioned five day's, called ATT was asked to return device, subsequently was sent a refurbished device, instead of a new device. I contacted ATT with the matter and was informed that it's there policy. I stated my objection, informing them that if they were not replacing the new device that had malfunctioned with one that is new, I wanted a refund for the amount I had paid and to date the company has rejected my claim.
