Unhelpful customer service reps

We paid our bill but it doesn't show up on there end . I just think they're trying to get us to fork over more money and give us the run around . I wish we never switched to those jokers.

After buying phones with AT&T, we decided to exercise our right to cancel.

Thanks to Business Consumer Alliance, they were able to get the attention of corporate. Within a couple of days we received a call from corporate apologizing for the misunderstanding.

I can't recommend BCA enough. They actually help people. Not everyone can afford expensive attorneys. Thank you for helping us..
