Be consistent on pricing and more transparent.

Was quoted by 3 different reps 3 different amounts for same wireless services. The lower amounts were not honored even after adding an extra line we didn't need in order to receive a lower price.

Unhelpful customer service reps

We paid our bill but it doesn't show up on there end . I just think they're trying to get us to fork over more money and give us the run around . I wish we never switched to those jokers.
